Retiro Park/Parque del Buen Retiro


Parque del Buen Retiro (literally "Park of the Pleasant Retreat") is a very large area of land decicated to housing natural beauty and modern architecture. It took about half a day to see everything it had to offer, but it was well worth it for the wonderful scenery and fresh air.

Some interesting graffiti at the Retiro Metro station. Someone had also written "Nadie es ilegal" on one of the lights (translated to "nothing is illegal").
